Fin And Earth is a UK-based, sustainable and plastic-free lifestyle store that is on a mission to help reduce plastic waste and raise awareness about plastic pollution. Their subscription service offers flexible and regular deliveries to promote environmentally-friendly practices and provide consumers with sustainable alternatives to single-use plastics.

Challenge: Our client came to us with a specific set of needs for their new website. They wanted a user interface design that reflected their company’s culture of sustainability, as this is a core value of their brand. Additionally, they needed a seamless shopping experience for their customers, ensuring that the process was easy and enjoyable, with streamlined payments, inventory management, shipping and logistics.

Solution: Our team worked closely with the client to create a website that met all of these requirements, resulting in a visually stunning design that promotes sustainable living while also making it intuitive for the user when navigating the website. We chose Shopify as the platform along with Stripe to streamline their order fulfillment process and integrated a variety of 3rd party solutions for customer data analysis, support, referral & loyalty programs, email marketing and post-purchase surveys to gain a deeper understanding of their business, customers and make data-driven decisions.
