Karaca is a Turkish home supplies retailer that offers a wide range of products for the home, including kitchenware, dinnerware, glassware, home textiles and home accessories. The company was founded in 1973 and has since become a leading brand in the home supplies industry, with over 2,500+ selling points and 10,000+ employees in Turkey and Germany.

Challenge: Karaca recognized the need to improve their organizational workflow between their headquarters and retail stores. To achieve this, they required a new-age application that would enhance communication and coordination amongst their departments and employees.

Solution: We transformed Karaca’s intranet into a mobile platform that serves as a communication hub for team members across all selling points. With our solution, team members can easily chat with each other and the headquarters, making it easier to collaborate and streamline operations.

We also included a check-in feature that allows team members to quickly and easily check in to their work station with just one click. In addition, our solution also includes a management system to keep track of vacation days and working hours, making it easier for team members to manage their time off and schedules.

To enhance the user experience, we also implemented notifications for healthy living inspirations and company perks into the app. This feature encourages and motivates team members to embrace healthy living habits, while also providing them with valuable benefits.
