Services Advisor

The UN Refugee Agency UNHCR is a worldwide organization committed to rescuing and protecting individuals who have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict or persecution, as well as people who are stateless. 

Challenge: The main goal of UNHCR is to guarantee the safety and well-being of refugees and other individuals who have been forcibly displaced by providing them with critical services like housing, sustenance, water, medical treatment and other essential needs. UNHCR was looking for a digital solution to streamline access and processing between all the stakeholders, services providers and refugee seekers.

Solution: We created a new digital platform that gives refugees from different regions easy access to a variety of tools and services offered by different NGOs, government institutions and other providers – the Services Advisor Platform. Today Services Advisor unites 15+ million refugees and 20.000+ NGOs & providers on one platform.

We take great pride in our partnership with the UN Refugee Agency UNHCR. For the past five years, we have been working hand-in-hand with the UNHCR to create, implement and maintain the Services Advisor Platform for various regions, including Turkey, Iraq, Moldova, Jordan, Ukraine and Romania. Our team of experts has worked tirelessly to ensure that the platform is user-friendly, efficient and accessible to all refugees in need. The Services Advisor platform has helped millions of refugees gain access to critical services and resources with ease. We are committed to continuing this work in the future and expanding the platform to help even more refugees around the world.
