Karaca is a Turkish home supplies retailer that offers a wide range of products for the home, including kitchenware, dinnerware, glassware, home textiles and home accessories. The company was founded in 1973 and has since become a leading brand in the home supplies industry, with over 2,500+ selling points and 10,000+ employees in Turkey and Germany.

 

Challenge: Karaca was facing a challenge when it came to managing conference and meeting room bookings. With multiple rooms available across different locations, it was becoming increasingly difficult for employees to find and book the right room for their needs. This was causing delays and inefficiencies in the booking process, which was negatively impacting business operations.

 

Solution: To address this challenge, Karaca approached us to design a custom app that would streamline the conference and meeting room booking process.

The Karaca Rooms app was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, with a simple interface that allows employees to quickly search and book available rooms. The app also includes features such as room availability calendars and booking history. The design was implemented successfully by the internal teams of M.A.R.S. Technology. 

Since implementing the Karaca Rooms app, employees are now able to easily find and book the right room for their needs, which has reduced delays and improved overall efficiency. The app has also helped to reduce the workload of the administrative staff, who no longer have to manage bookings manually.
